Hello
Since you did not make a complete thaw in the freezer?
Do this and then cleanly, let it dry inside, then turn it on, cause it can be an ice plug in the freezer coils
My best idea...
Try the compressor start CAPACITOR...
which is usually pretty INEXPENSIVE...
ELSE
You are likely looking at a CONTROL BOARD or a REPLACEMENT compressor which is expensive and really expensive (respectively).
Let's hope not
I tried to look up your GR-B206GTQA number but got
no USA (domestic) responses...
Sorry!
Some of our part houses like
appliancepartspros.com have some VERY EXCELLENT

Try searching on your LOCAL internet for so RELEVANT
spares suppliers and possible ADVICE.
Happy hunting and good luck
I would try defrosting the fridge and then trying different temperature settings. It could be that the water isn't freezing early enough and water drips down onto the lever.
That model number looks more like an item number. LG usually has a rather long model number.. The panels are typically held in by snap clips and can be tough to release! I look for any hole to get a small hook into and start pulling! It will be tough and will seem like it is gonna break but I haven't done any damage removing one yet.
It is uncommon for the fan motors to fail. They have an issue with interior moisture that will cause the fan to stop after it is built up with frost but will work once thawed. Please look at the model sticker inside the unit and provide that number for further assistance.
