System hangs up when temperature goes upto
you really need to get a new cpu cooler then. the fact that you havent had complete meltdown yet is a little surprising. make sure that when you DO get a new one, you use a high quality heat compound and FOLLOW package instructions. make sure there is plenty of ventilation as well.

I can't get the front audio jack on my PC to work.
Many times the front jacks are enabled via the software from the company. Look in the SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL- then a REALTec icon. They make a lot of MB hardware. Not Sounds... In that area you have to tell it to use the front or rear jacks. It can get real complicated this days for something simple like that.

Mach speed motherboard problem
I had the same problem once. I took it to CompUSA to have them diagnose the problem, and they said I fried the motherboard or CPU. The fans turn on just because your power supply is on.

System freeze up
Remove side of case and check ALL fans are clean and free of fluff
Check CPU heatsink vanes are clean ( usually fluff and dirt Build up in them )
Check power supply fan is working and is clean
Vacuum out care cleaning all vent holes etc especially behind power supply
when this works give us a fixya

My tablet is stuck on the start up screen.
The BIOS information is typically found at or near the top of the POST screen for a very short time

Restart your computer
during the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key usually Delete or F2 to enter setup
this will differ depending on which bios you have
Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS
if you have changed any of the BIOS settings by mistake
you can load failsafe or optimised defaultsusing the arrow keys you can after you make any changes in BIOS press Esc then press the F10 button save to cmos to restart
CMOS is an on-board semiconductor chip powered by a CMOS battery inside computers that stores information such as the system time and date and the system hardware settings for your computer..
this will reset your cmos
