At page 18 you will find how to reset the Lock Settings : press Home, select Setup, Start and press Enter, input 210499 and press Enter - it will be unlocked.
If that fails you will have to reset the entire unit, explained at page 46: press Power button for more than 5 seconds - the unit will shut down; again press Power shortly to tun it on; unplug it from the mains, wait a minute and plug it back; start it and it will be reseted.
My zenith CD/DVD duplicator LCD light on but no ready
If the LCD light on your Zenith CD/DVD duplicator is on but it is not showing as "ready," it is possible that there is an issue with the duplicator's internal components or settings. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
