Since it does not run on windows vista the best solution is to reinstall the operating system.

Follow these steps:
1. select your pictures
2. import pictures in Pinnacle. Go on EDIT > click on CAMERA button and access your photos with FOLDER option.
3. double-click each photo to be able to see the TOOLBOX. There is an option called PAN AND ZOOM; you can drag the slider to go through different ZOOM + or ZOOM - levels. With this option (PAN AND ZOOM) you can create animated slide shows if you will CHECK the "Animate start to end" option.

I believe it is compatible ...what it asks is the driver for the tv tuner if this is what you use...cause the driver can not be compatible ...even if the software might be ...
so what you need is to insert the disk that came with the tuner and in there run the drivers for vista if you do not have the drivers for windows 7 on it ..or...see the model and look on the manufacturer-s site..and download the latest drivers for windows 7 ..after that will work ..
to get to the manufacturer's site..just type its name ..and the word support into an search engine ..and if a site named....support appears..get in there ..make sure it is the manufacturer's support site ...select the model into the driver and downloads..and the operation system ..and get the driver for it ..

It seems that you have not completed the installation. HDD and partition it. Install the software

CD key, is a specific software-based key for a computer program. It certifies that the copy of the program is original.

you can search the web for for it, example just type "theprogramname""serial #" and sometimes you can find what your looking for. How ever doing this breaks copyright lays and is illegal.
