i had the same problem as well. you can try to format it and then reload your Base Mp3 player with songs again. That worked for me.

What video format for base mp3 model mp717A
with my base mp3 (MP717A) i got a lil yellow cd with it, which has video converting software, turns your avi, jpeg etc into MTV files which you can then put onto your mp3 player, so ya pick what ya wanna convert, takes a few minutes depending, and then it will put your converted files into C:\MTV_OUTPUT. you take from there and drag onto mp3 player...will only play on mp3 player...and if aint got cd try http://www.dvd-ipod.biz/mtv_converter.html .... the program on my cd is the one down bottom of that web page <----

Problem while connecting my mp3 player
Try reinstalling the driver disc for your device, sometimes windows doesn't recognize some devices and some drivers are not pre installed with your windows software. If you don' have them already try going to the manufators website and dwnld. They are usually free.

Nexxtech mobile magnetic CB radio Antenna 2100972
CB radio magnet mount antennas have a protective film on the bottom to protect vehicle paint. If it is not there, it can and most likely will scratch the paint. Just be careful not to slide the magnet when you do remove it. Try to remove it stright upwards.
