This Dishwasher although working on one side should not be an issue as long as the dishes are getting clean. If your unit has the Pots and Pans setting or heavy wash cycle with this option pushed the water pressure should be then adequate and then be seen on both sides of the arm. If you have not tried this do so. This unit has several manufacture's problems to look out for..The control relay on the board fails leaving the dishwasher useless. The door locking safety feature has a bad switch these reports are public information in many reviews with the same problem over and over. So these things you should look for possibly in the future Maybe it never happens to you.
