Is the air blowing out of the pick-up tube or out of the exhaust tube on the unit? I am assuming the pick-up tube. The installer has hooked your system up to the exhaust tube on the unit. Hook up to the intake on the unit instead.

no one is exaust so one sucks one blows sucks is inside for vac . blows gets exsausted outside

There should be a manual/auto switch. If it is in the manual mode, then it will run all the time. Other then that you probably have a stuck relay. But this will have a years warranty on it, so you should be able to have it serviced under warranty.

Sounds like a missing or damaged seal/gasket/oring. Check carefully at source of leak.. maybe a seal or rubber gasket has shifted out of place.
