you can not fix the noise if you are using the outliners outside of the usa because even though you are using a transformer to adjust the voltage it doesnt change the hertz and that is what makes it make that noise.....just open the clipper up and fill it with sponge. Mainly around the top of the clipper....it has to be enough to stop the motor from vibrating so much without putting so much pressure on them the blades cant move quickly. after you have done that you may find that the noise will stop depending on how tightly you have screwed the casing back together.....it may take a couple of days of using the clipper and allowing it to heat up a bit for the sponge to mould around the motor. but at the same time using this method will amost definitely effect the performance of the trimmer. if i were you i would bite the bullet and ditch them and perhaps look at a trimmer thats manufactured for countries outside of the u.s.a.......i know the wahl lithium beret is a very sharp blade but doesnt have the t blade....i would still recommend the beret over a t shaped blade like the wahl detailer because it is sharper

adjust the brown plastic on the blade all the way up.remov the blade and the brow plastic is held with screws

Check the blades. They should be brushed clean after every use. Possible that the blades are worn out.Replace them. Also, could be that that power is not enough. Check the cord and the connection.

When was the last time you had this trimmer service by a professional, also these type of trimmers need to be adjusted more often than any other trimmer. if your are barber you know that the trimmer is working hard every day. without the proper sharpening equipment or tools need to do the adjustment. You really can't solve the problem. I will tell what wrong, the coil needs to be adjust to the magnetic shunt arm for voltage and the blade needs to be sharpen and place on the trimmer and adjust according to power add to the trimmer.

let take look inside your trimmer make sure your power cord is disconnected before you do this.take the 2 top cover screws off, now open the cover like a book. Look at the coil, if the coil looks dark color like if it was cook, your coil is burning, these coils should look white and pink color. if this is the case you need to replace the coil.
