Remove evaperator cover and floor of freezer if it is removable. Use turkey baster with hot water to clear drain hole. Problem could be a possible air leak. Check door gaskets. Also problem could be caused by premature intermittent termination of defrost. Defrost timer(board), or defrost thermostat. Unit could be running to much allowing for a heavy abnormal frost pattern on evaperator. Clear obstruction. Use a three to for inch peice of #12, 14 copper wire. Attach to heater, if the heater is not glass and install 1inch into drain hole. Heat from defrost heater will radiate through wire possibly stop this issue.
Tt18hpxlt defrost timer
there is no defrost timer in this model,it is called an A.D.C. adaptive defrost control and is located in the refrige compartment just above and behind the cold control setting inside this plastic case, remove this case from the top of the refrigerator compartment and you will see a small printed circuit board, this is the A.D.C.

I have an Estate refrigerator
I also own a model # TT18DKXRQ01 Estate refrigerator and my freezer door pops open when I close the refrigerator. As you stated, this is caused by the magnet in the freezer gasket not being strong enough to hold. As far as I know, they do not make a stronger freezer gasket but even if they did, it would probably be too costly considering that a standard gasket replacement costs $80.My solution was to install an adhesive child safety lock on the top of the freezer near the door handle. I purchased the 'Safety 1st Lock Release Fridge Latch' model # HS038 from my local Walmart store for around $5.You may find this solution to be slightly inconvenient at first but you will get used to it. It sure beats losing food because the freezer door was accidently popped open.Product information:

We were given a refridgerator.
No something may have been knocked loose, take the back cover off the unit while unplugged and see if all the wire connections are still in place. Refrigerators do not have any kind of reset switch just an on/ off which can be just turning the temp dials or a power button.

The compressor is on but
The reason why its not cooling is because it needs to be charged with refrigerants. Try charging it with the compatible type of refrigerants.

Freezer is working, refrigerator is
Hi,
Your refrigerator gets its cold air from the freezer by way of a fan that transfers air past the freezer coils to the refrigerator. If the fan isn't working the refrigerator will not get cold. I your coils in the freezer are freezing up this will also stop the flow of air to the refrigerator. The first thing to check is the fan. Most refrigerator/ freezers are only controlled by one compressor (unless its a very expensive model). So if one is cold and the other isn't it's normally a simple problem.Check whether the defrost drain is blocked..This is where the water goes to in the bottom of your freezer when it goes through the defrost (removal of ice from the freezer coil) cycle. Seems like it is blocked with water or ice.Unplug the refrigerator, empty out the freezer compartment.pull off the back panel or the bottom panel (in the freezer compartment) Look for that defrost drain hole.Pour small amounts of HOT tap water onto it and then sopping/absorbing it away with a sponge or dishcloth. Repeat this until I get the water to go down the drain tube
Please accept the solution if it's helpful. Do get back to us for any further query.

No cooling to freezer(on top)
Henry,
It seems that the gas, feron, has leaked out. This if the fan and compressor are running. The gas would have to be refilled in the system by a professional.
If the compressor is not running then you need to get the compressor running. Again by a professional.
