It is a business machine, very expensive, their support should look after you. Run the test page that displays printer information; it should tell you what firmware version is on the formatting board. It may already be the latest version, which would fail the test of having a previous version number. You need to go ahead and simply refresh a service known as "Print Spooler"

here's how you do it..
for Windows XP:
>> click on start
>> click on run
>> type in " services.msc " and hit enter
You will see a list of service names alphabetically arranged on the right hand side..
From there look for the service name "print spooler"
>> right click on it
>> click on stop
wait for 10 secs
>> right click on it again
>> click on start..
>> restart the computer..
