Quinny ZAPP Stroller - Page 7 Questions & Answers
Quinny Zapp4 tipped over 3 times today
Hi,
Did you have any shopping bags or weight on the handles? If so, then this is likely to be the reason. The Zapp is a very stable stroller and I have not previously heard of one tipping over by itself before. I would suggest that you contact your retailer if you are seriously concerned.
Hope this helps.
Broken bar
Hi
You can get this part replaced by the suppliers but I fear that you would need to send this to them or your retailer as this is not a part that you would be able to replace yourself, but it can be done.
Hope this helps.
How do i take my quinny zapp apart and attach my
this is very fun
start with the bottom section pushing along to the side untill it comes away from its groove (will take alot of hard effort)
start pulling the rest of the seat fabric towards the handles slowly but surely this will come off dont woory that you pulling it a little strong they are made to take the weight of a four year old child
just a little hint if you want o get the seat cover back on you should start folding the pram downmid way through it saves a lot of stress and makes it easier to put back on x
Hi there. i have purchased the frootmuff for
the first large hole to the bottom of the footmuff is for the **** pad
you will then need to remove top section of straps from the pram which is a slide clip then remove the strap covers
at this point you can push the straps in the two lower slits at about bottom height
then you will need to put the strap covers back on
then fit through either the first or second slits in the cosey toes (depending on height of child)
attching he straps back to the pram and you are ready to go
also most quinny prams have 2 levels which the shoulder straps can be attched
i hope this helps x
How do you remove the quinny zapp 3 cover from the
Hi, it is a pain, but basically there are two black blocks near the feet area slide these out first, half fold the pushchair down (the handles down to the feet) and then slide the covers down and then shimmy the covers off, the covers basically have rods sewn into the sides that slide onto a groove on the frame.
Which car seat fits the Quinny zapp
Hi, all the maxicosi carseats will fit onto the zapp using the adaptors that come with the zapp pushchair (but not the newly rebranded bebe loola).
The difference between the maxi cosi cabriofix and the ordinary cabrio or citi is that the cabriofix can be attached to the maxicosi in-car seat base (easybase or easyfix), whereas the cabrio and citi can only be fitted in the car using the cars seatbelts, they wont attach to the incar base. Hope I have helped a bit x
To open pushchair i need to turn it upside down
Hi,
The best advise that I can give is the following:
Kneel behind the stroller.
Push in button 1 (the left hand-side) with the heel of your hand, whilst keeping this depressed, push button 2 with the heel of your hand, then whilst your hands are still pushing the buttons in, use your thumbs to push the frame forward - the buggy will then semi fold forward. Push the cross-bar between the handle bars away from you, this will release the elbow joint.
Then, simply push the pram toward the floor, this should fold the pram fine.
NOTE this does take a little practice, but if you stick with it, you will get it.
I hope this helps.
