this part comes as standard on the 2009 models and above. They can be ordered separately for older models and your local Quinny retailer should be able to order them for you. Alternatively google speedi bumper bar and you should get results for online stockists

Adjusting quinny buzz harness for a newborn
HiThis is not feedback we've heard before! Remember there are two places to adjust the harness - underneath the shoulder harness pads and at the waist position. To adjust underneath shoulder harness pads you need to undo the popper from the harness, slide the pad down the length of the harness and adjustment point revealed to make harness smaller.
Need to know how to remove grey plastic part on fold mechanism

My quinny shassy is very loose
HiDepending on the age of the chassis it can be sent in for inspection and repair work required.

I have a quinny buzz 2005 model have the adapters changed or will the newborn pushchair seat fit this model
HiThe 2005 / 2006 model chassis can be used with an existing style seat unit - you will need a replacement sub seat as well as the fabric to go on it for the child to sit on. The existing fabric is not suitable to fit onto the sub seat (seat frame) that you have with this model.Visit www.quinny.com and select your country, then choose "Contact Us" for your enquiry to be sent to the customer care team for your country who can advise on where to buy and costs.
Pram keeps folding
Hi,
This definitely sounds like the gas cylinder is gone. You'll need to return it to your retailer, or contact www.quinny.com to arrange a repair.

I can not fold the buzz, i think the botton is spoilt

If the issue is that you do not know how to fold the Buzz please view the User Manual (a replacement copy can be downloaded from

Quinny Buzz Handlebar
I have the same problem too! To remove the handlebar set it to its longest position, then shorten it by 1-2cm. You will find that the plastic locking pin that you described is just a pair of lugs. With the handle bar in the above position you can then push both lugs in similtaneously while at the same time levering the plastic part out of the tube. when both sides are released the complete handlebar can be removed. From there it's fairly straightforward to strip down.
My problem now is that I can't find anywhere to get the parts from.
