Where can I find the software for my camera?
You don't need any software. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program, such as
Picasa.

How to import pictures
Hey nicole , First of all , just connect your camera with your computer and if it has a USB cable with it , it will get auto detected..Just double click on your camera icon and then you can look into the internal contents of the camera and you can import or export anything.. In case of any further issue you can email me directly , and elaborate the issue a bit more..

I have my usb inserted in my computer and I need
If you have Windows all you should need to do is plug in your camera via usb, turn it on and put it in review mode and the computer should detect the camera and ask if you want to download your photos. If this doesn't happen automatically you can open my computer and look for the camera which should be listed, open the camera folder find the pictures you want (press control and a to select all) press control and c to copy, open my pictures, press control and v to paste.

I don't have a manual to interpret the mode
I have just bought one of these rubbish cameras for my daughter, if you press the Mode button 6 times the screen should say 25 with the image of what looks like a Wastepaper basket, press shutter button and it should delete all the pics hope that helps.

How do i install the prorgram for the JAZZ JDC9

But despite what I said first... There are plenty of photo catalog software packages out there, some free, some not, that can transfer and catalog your pictures so you can quickly find pictures from Susie's birthday party, for example. Just do a google search for "photo catalog software".
