there is no driver available on the manufacturer site ..but if you have a ieee fire-wire or a usb cable for connection you can try to import from the camera into windows movie maker (windows built program) cause in this case I suspect that no driver is needed..
Also if your camera uses a card for storage you can actually just connect it ..and look in the my computer folder to see if the card is seen as a removable device ..and the videos are stored there ...if so ..just copy them into computer ..
Also if you use a card for storage ..but the card is not seen via usb cable ..just insert the card into a card reader..and retrieve the files..
Anyway ..they do not supply any driver ..so I guess it may be built in windows..or ..needs a capture card ...or manager ..

try to shoot medium hot air in the camera with an air
dryer watch for the plastic if you to closed it will be deformed/until the dew sensor go off /that will
removed all humidity inside and try to store in a dry place/

Hi there, please try to reset the camcorder and then tryo to use , But i guess you have not get a solution. Because,It does not matter what brand of tapes you use in any camcorder. (thats like saying this car only runs on shell unleaded, any other petrol wont work.)
I have been a camo for many years and there are tapes that perform better than another but they all work. I too have a problem with "E06" I am sure it is the carriage mechanism that has failed. and will not carry the tape to the heads and thus is not passing the sensor that tells you if the tape is in position and then telling the unit as it should there is fault.I suggest you take it to the nearest dealer and get it fixed.

If the camera becomes damp or cold and brought into a warm atmosphere damp forms in the mechanism which would cause the tape to stick and become damaged or fouled.

leave the camera to warm up for a few hours and the fault should clear.

If not the most common reason is the dew sensor has failed and needs replacing

Take camera and its battery to a camera outlet, ask them to check the built-in rechargeable battery. Most outlets will help you with this, as its likely that if the battery has failed, you'll buy a replacement from the same dealer.

not sure on this one but it might be the heads in your vid cam may need cleaning. or the tapes are not running straight on the heads or the rollers in side. if the vid cam has been in a cold place it can cause this fault as the heads may have a bit of damp. try putting a tape in and run it fast forword in play mode and see if starts to clear the playhead.if it does keep doing it until you see a clear picture. this could also be a head misalignment fault if it is you will have to take it to some one to have a look at. if any of the above does not work then you will have to take to some one to look at it. .

Sounds as if the battery needs replacing - have you tried with a spare battery ?

The heads need cleaning. DO NOT USE A HEAD CLEANING TAPE. Thats like holding sand paper to the drum. Use alcohol and a swab.

Do you have the sd card that holds the pictures? Put in computer. Computer will give you option how to open and save photos. You do not have to use makers software disc, any photo reader can store your pictures on computer.
