Hi,
i lost the driver CD
You probably won't need any additional drivers if you're using a modern operating system. Plug in the camera's USB connector, turn it on, start up Windows Explorer or whatever navigator you use, find the new drive that will show up in a few seconds, then look around in it and drag the files you want into your video folder or desktop.

Try giving the camera a fewsoft but forceful whacks by the lens cover area. Hard enough to possibly unjam the cover but not so hard as to cause more damage. Best to use your middle finger and tap on it like you're typing really hard. Then try to cycle it open/closed a few times. If that doesn't work it's a mechanical problem which needs to be addressed by a repair shop.

How do I clean a Dyson DC 23 so it will pass quarantine inspection when moving overseas (to New Zealand)
you will to ontact the customs office in Kiwiland for that answer. In most cases cleaning the hopper in warm soapy water and buying new filters is enough. Some places require a hospital grade detergent such as wESCODYNE be used to include the air hose(s). Please beware, the AC power in AU/NZ is 230 VAC, so you will need a step down power transformer to use it there. (You'd be better off just buying a new one there to be honest, then you needed worry about lugging a heavy power transformer around of changing the plug end to the Clipsal type used in AU/NZ.)
