It is not easy to change CMOS battery of Laptop and you need to open the Laptop and then you can change the CMOS battery, I would like to suggest you to take the Laptop to the service center and let the Expert do it for you.

Most likley the laptop got too hot and just shut off as a safety measure...Another thing that could of went wrong is the harddrive has or had a virus and is now not working...It could also be the motherboard was damaged due to a virus or overheating...let it cool down and try to power it on in 1 hour

Laptop bios passwords aren't managed the same way desktop bios passwords are. You won't do any good trying to find a battery (on most laptops anyway) to pull, or a jumper to reset.

Bios password removal is a delicate proceedure, and proof of ownership would need to be furnished before my shop would attempt it. BTW, we have a 100% rate of success, and it's actually a great challenge.

When you say play DVDs you mean watch DVD movies? Assuming the drive is not broken you need to use the DVD app. You could use VLC Player which you can download. It's an orange traffic cone icon.

Could be it has overheated and the NVidea chip is damaged. No idea why they are called laptops as to put them on a lap blocks the ventilation and they will overheat.

I found out in Google that this tablet has Windows 8 on it. You can install Facebook on it by going to the "Microsoft Store". If it didn't install, check if your operating system is 8.1 Let me know if that helps.

try taking out the battery and unplugging the power cord from it and then holding down the power button for the count of 5 the long way 1 one thousand two one thousand ect.... this will drain back the power from the board and it just might boot after you plug everything back in again and try to power it back on
