Husquavrna Lt1536 not cutting

Remove belt tension and test the tension pulley arm (55) rotates freely and spring (148) is in place. See attachment.

Husqvarna (USA) lists the belt as discontinued and no substitute. I find the belt should be 92.5" in. If measurement is questionable then take the belt with you to a local supplier and compare lenth of old belt to a new belt of known length 92.5".

I have a B and Q 25cc Petrol Grass Trimmer and would like to know how to test the coil and replace it if necessary.

to test the coil simply remove the spark plug put spark plug wire on plug and ground it to metal on the trimmer and pull the trimmer over as if starting it and you should see the plug spark again the metal. Thats the easiest way or you can use a DMM [Digital Multi Meter] and test it for ohms reading. if its bad, its just a remove and bolt new coil in,

SCAG TIGER CUB Zero Turn Lawn Mower. After mowing my Scag will not start again until the next day?

If it's a crank no fire then could simply be valves need adjusted, or possibly the anti afterfire solenoid does not work after it warms. Maintenance schedule for valves is every 300 hrs. You'll need to determine if it's spark, fuel, or neither that is missing. If it's a no crank then it could be starter, starter solenoid, or other. Further diagnosis required.

My mower deck when change length of grass positions does not move evenly, higher to left side. what could be wrong?

The wheels on the side that is cutting lower needs to be let down a hole on the lower side to allow the deck to level or the linkage bar running from the frame to the deck on the lower side needs to be adjusted to pull the lower side up higher. You can do the opposite on the higher side to get it to lower and be even with the lower side.

Clarke Jet 5000 / Fiap H120 pressure washer leak?

Question edited for clarity. You have the ability to choose the category when you are writing the question, and if you don't, the script software tries to guess. In this case it chose the word 'Washer' from your text 'pressure washer'. You are now in Garden - Pressure Washer category. It is leaking because all the internal seals need replacing. People run them dry to empty them and in fact it is often in the manual to do that. But if you over-do it, the seals heat up. Or someone left water in it and it froze. Check for a crack in the crankcase. Tthe Jet 9000 has 19 internal seals! https://www.clarkeservice.co.uk/manuals/power_washers/Jet_9000B_Power_Washer_Iss_2.pdf the Jet 5000 manual doesn't show parts. Contact them direct for a parts diagram and wiring diagram. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/685726/Clarke-Jet-5000.html#manual ..

C800h countax mower with fault code u35 and the main problem is there is a permanent live green wire to the solenoid when the ignition is turned on

The fault code U35 on a Countax C800H mower typically relates to a communication error or issue with the electronic control system. However, the permanent live green wire to the solenoid when the ignition is turned on is a separate electrical issue that needs to be addressed. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue of the permanent live green wire to the solenoid:
  1. Disconnect the Battery: First and foremost, for safety, disconnect the battery from the mower to prevent any electrical accidents.
  2. Check the Ignition Switch: Inspect the ignition switch and its wiring. It's possible that there's a short circuit or a fault in the switch that's causing the green wire to stay live when it shouldn't. Ensure that the ignition switch is in the "off" position when it should be, and in the "on" position when it should be.
  3. Examine the Wiring Harness: Carefully inspect the wiring harness, especially in the area where the green wire connects to the solenoid. Look for any damaged or frayed wires. Make sure all connections are secure and not corroded.
  4. Check for Aftermarket Modifications: If the mower has been modified or repaired by someone else in the past, there may be non-standard wiring changes that are causing the issue. Look for any aftermarket modifications and correct them if necessary.
  5. Consult the Owner's Manual: Refer to the mower's owner's manual or technical documentation for a wiring diagram. This will help you identify the correct routing of wires and the proper connections.
  6. Test the Solenoid: Use a multimeter to test the solenoid to ensure it's functioning correctly. The green wire should only be live when the ignition is in the "on" position. If it's live at all times, the solenoid may be faulty and need to be replaced.
  7. Professional Assistance: If you're unable to resolve the issue after checking the ignition switch, wiring, and solenoid, it's advisable to seek the assistance of a professional technician who specializes in lawnmower repairs. They will have the tools and expertise to diagnose and fix the problem safely.
Regarding the U35 fault code, it's a separate issue related to the electronic control system. You may need to consult the mower's user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support for guidance on addressing this specific fault code.

Why does my chain saw seize up when I attach to portable saw mill?

If your chainsaw is seizing up when you attach it to a portable sawmill, there are several potential reasons for this issue: 1. **Overloading:** Portable sawmills can put a significant load on a chainsaw, especially when cutting through large logs. If the chainsaw is not powerful enough for the task or the sawmill is cutting too aggressively, it can lead to the chainsaw seizing up. 2. **Chain Tension:** Improper chain tension can cause the chainsaw to seize. Ensure that the chain is properly tensioned according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Too tight or too loose can both cause problems. 3. **Dull Chain:** A dull chainsaw chain can create excessive friction and resistance when cutting, potentially causing the saw to seize. Regularly sharpen your chainsaw chain to maintain its cutting efficiency. 4. **Lubrication:** Inadequate lubrication of the chain and bar can lead to increased friction and heat, which may cause the chainsaw to seize. Make sure the oiling system is functioning correctly, and use the appropriate bar and chain oil. 5. **Chain Quality:** The quality of the chain itself can impact its performance. Using a low-quality chain can result in binding and seizing, especially under heavy loads. 6. **Incorrect Chain Size:** Ensure that the chain you are using is the correct size and pitch for your chainsaw and the portable sawmill. Mismatched components can lead to problems. 7. **Engine Issues:** If your chainsaw's engine is not running properly or lacks the necessary power, it may struggle to handle the load from the sawmill, causing it to seize. Regular maintenance and tune-ups are essential. 8. **Sawmill Setup:** The setup and alignment of the portable sawmill can also affect how smoothly the chainsaw operates. Ensure that the sawmill is correctly assembled and adjusted for the type of cutting you're doing. 9. **Operator Technique:** Using the sawmill requires skill and proper technique. Pushing too hard, not allowing the saw to cut at its own pace, or applying uneven pressure can lead to binding and seizing. 10. **Sawmill Maintenance:** The sawmill itself should be well-maintained. Ensure that all components, such as guides and rollers, are in good condition and properly lubricated. It's important to diagnose the specific cause of the seizing issue to address it effectively. If you're unsure, consider consulting a professional chainsaw technician or the manufacturer of your chainsaw and portable sawmill for guidance and assistance in resolving the problem.
