there is still water in the waterproof tray at the bottom of the machine and the float switch has activated. pull the machine out (if pipes allow) and tip the machine backwards to drain the water from the tray.

There is a seal in the pump housing, but u have to take off everything to replace that seal! The manufacturer recommends replacing the PUMP ASSEMBLY itself when there is LEAK. The leak are caused by debris from clothes and materials u left in ur pockets. The cleaning of filter in ur drain system is 6 months and a tiny SOLiD materials will cause havoc to ur impeller pump itself! U could try repaing the seals in the pump or buy whole assembly! Hope that might help u out! Taah!

I have exactly the same problem. I am currently getting around the issue by letting the machine do the washing then at the end of that cycle do a manual rinse cycle.

What is the make and model? It is most likely a balance switch or lid switch fault causing the issue.

Question is somewhat ambiguous, since in normal operation the door "unlocks" when the cycle is finished and the orange DOOR button is depressed. To manually open the door mid-cycle or with no power, find the yellow plastic tool attached to the soap tray and use it (or something similar) to pry open the front access panel at bottom left. There will be a plastic ring projecting downward into the cavity behind this panel: pull it sharply downward and the door should open.

the fluff filter just needs hand tightening up a bit more to stop the leak. if not there could be a bit of fluff trapped between the seals. Remove it again and have another look. Make sure also you don't cross thread the fluff flter which makes it feel like it is screwed in properly when it isn't
