After the time, you have to turn the buton to "manual" and it will work. I guess the 2 first buton work using the "auto" mode to schedule the oven (sry, english is not my mother tongue)
The is the lever on the door that is the hinge part attached to the door and slots into the oven body?
Brute force and a big pair of channel lock pliers, or locking vice grips. It happened on my GE stove, I just wrapped it in a cloth and pulled.

Question edited for clarity, spelling and 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from Miele Coffee Maker to Miele Oven.
Disconnect it from the mains supply for an hour. If that doesn't work, disconnect it overnight. The idea is to reset the control board.
There are instructions here on Fixya on how to enter the programming mode and Reset on a Miele 4082 Steam Oven. Worth a try.

And here is the Manual, just because I can across it.

Press and hold the timer button (the bell picture), and whilst doing that press and hold the power button. Then let go of both at the same time. Then press the timer button 5 more times, but on the fifth time hold for a few seconds. Once in Programming mode play with the options to reset and restart descaling.
Try disconnecting it from the mains supply for 30 minutes. If that doesn't work, the latch is faulty and needs replacing. One tip, NEVER use the clean cycle. It breaks things due to the intense heat. Latches are one of the first things to go, followed by fans and elements. It is a great way for you to think you are getting a clean oven for no work, but it is a great way for the company to sell spares. This is why high end catering ovens use a wet clean system. It takes one to three hours, but you end up with an oven interior that looks brand new. At my kitchen, we cleaned every Sunday night when we closed. On Monday morning it was like new.

I have the same model Miele and ordered a replacement part. I have 2 Miele ovens side by side, and a door hinge on both ovens began to malfunction. I ordered and received the hinge , but when I started to install it, I found that the hinges were fine! The issue was that the 3 screws that hold the hinges to the oven frame came loose. One of them had fallen out on each of the doors, they had to be jiggled in order to close properly, which was not satisfactory. The ovens were installed 13 years ago by the original owners.
You will need to slide the oven out of its enclosed space and unscrew the sheet metal siding in order to gain access so that you can unhook the coil spring attached to hinge. I found that one of the small machine screws has fallen out on the 2 malfunctioning hinges. Once the spring is unhooked, you can align the hinge to screw it back in, and tighten the other screws that hold the door hinges. The screws on the other side has also become loose.
