HP Pavilion zt1135 Notebook Questions & Answers
On the zt1135 pavilion the
well it can only be 3 things
bad battery
bad power pack
bad mobo.
the mobo as a charge chip, the power pack is just 19vdc .
if the chip is bad or there are shorted modules on the MOBO
the charging will fail. (battery good.)
is the power pack new, and 19vdc and at least 65watts>?
I insert another ram memory
The second RAM module you inserted is incompatible with the other RAM module.
I suggest you use the same RAM manufacturer as the first RAM module, make sure the RAM speed is the same as the first RAM module.
Will turn on but turns right back off in about 2

Have you checked the temperature of your
system? At most of the cases like yours the reason is high temperature. In that
case shut down your laptop and eject the battery. Use a soft brush (and if
possible air under pressure) to clean up pedantically the air blinds all around
the laptop. In case of using air under pressure leave the laptop to
"rest" (and the temperatures and humidity to balance) for about 15
minutes. Check for your problem again after this.

HP Pavillion zt1135 laptop RAM BIOS battery
For replacing RAM on your notebook, you can refer the service manual provided below: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/lpi06056.pdf Refer page no: 87 to 91. NOTE: PDF manuals require the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing. Further, I have verified the complete manual but couldn?t find the location of the BIOS battery. If you experience any inconvenience, I recommend you to contact Authorized Service Provider.
I have an HP Pavilion
Welcome to the world of microosft updates. You need to go into recovery mode. Just after the Bios/CMOS screen passed basically just after the HP logo disappears, start to press rapidly the F8 key. A menu will appear. Choose boot from last good configuration. That should solve it. I would recommend that you only take updates from a roll up pack or service pack. That normally stops the problems
THanks

How to repair the left click button on HP Pavilion ZT1135
Hey,
I had the same problem. It is pretty easy to fix.
You have one of two options to follow.
1) Push down moderately hard on the left mouse button. After 2 mins or so, and the cap should back on to the button on the bottom
2) if number 1 doesn't work get a needle or pin and lift the left mouse button off. Then just apply very little, not even a drop, maybe half of a drop to the button and apply the cap back on and push down.
No wireless adapter recognised
If the wireless adapter is not being recognized at all, then you have one of three problems. It is either a bad wireless card, a bad hard drive, or a bad motherboard. I will tell you from experience, though, that, more often than not, it is most definitely a bad motherboard. You can run a quick test on the hard drive by going into the BIOS and running the HDD scan, however, this is not fool proof. If you have a bad motherboard, you can still come up with errors on the HDD test, even with a brand new working hard drive. If you still have your warranty for the computer, I would just call HP and they will send you a box for you to mail it in. If you don't though, you are looking at hundreds of dollars for the motherboard alone. And don't bother talking to HP about it because they will charge you anywhere from $349 for a wireless adapter to $400 for the motherboard.
Pavilion zt1130 monitor problems
For the time being its dying I hate to say this but its true. WHY because I have one and thats what Im using now. My laptop is an HP when I bought it it had a Warranty so I sent it to be repaired and the Datacom people and Agency for HP rang me and said I have to pay $1300 to repair this machine because of negligence. I ask what do you mean he said I had a cracked screen that I did it. Some weeks later I spoke to friends about this problem I had and they said they heard heaps about it too. Well the short story to this and I dont mind broadcasting it. Hewlet Packards are ****...they specially built my machine for things such as this to break and yell negligence. Now to get back to your problem eventually your screen will be no longer functioning and the only way for you to survive is to go the cheap way. I went out and bought a PHILLIPS flat screen moniter 17" with PC and TV capabilities and Im over the moon.....your right it defeats the purpose but for a few bucks less I would rather this way then that useless HP way.
Power cuts out
whenever you plug the adapter to your laptop, there is a small pilot light which lights up. if it doesn't light up that means your adapter is not charging your battery. if it does, then maybe you should change your battery. just a little tip : it would harm your pc if it often goes off unexpectedly or improperly shuts down.
Battery wont charge
most modern chargers have "smart chips" to control the charging process and prevent overcharging. if the voltage falls below a pre-set minimum the charger will refuse to charge the cell(s). assuming the cells are all good (which you should never do!) i'd give them a boost with a "dumb" charger like the ones you get at the dollar store that go in your cars cigarette lighter and is designed for a cell phone. do this at your own risk and be sure you don't reverse polarity! i give you this tip assuming you're cautious and knowledgable - don't blame me for any accidents. this *IS* a risky solution.
