You will need to get an appliance engineer in and fit a new glass door panel. Glass in not a warranty item as it breals if stressed. If you contact the manufacturer firstly, they might send an engineer to check the door and if the door is warped, replace it free of charge, if you speak to them explaining how dissapointed you are etc.

It could be narrowed down by adding a model number and removing the words 'range hood'. It sounds like the control board has failed in regards to the lighting section or does it have a separate switch? The parts list has something listed as 'interface' . It is a $197 guess though for the control board! Did you remove the 4 halogen bulbs and test them with a multimeter?
