Yes, your best option is to call the manufacturers help and support so you will have documentation that it has not worked since you bought it. If they cannot fix it over the web, then you have a record of that also. Then pack it up and send it back for a replacement or a refund..what is happening should never happen and you'll probably always have problems with it. Do not open it and play with it as you will lose your warranty.

Your hard drive crashed. You need to buy a new hard drive and restore your computer using the restore disks.

i guess you have win xp if this is right try to do repair put the xp cd in the cd drive restart the computer when boot up it will read the disk and it will seds to boot up with cd press any key so press enter than it will inicialized the xp instalation follow the screen options and just before to do a format it wll show you some options one is going to say install windows or press F3 if you wants to quit the instalation do the installation than will will ask you to do a clean instalation by doing a format and the other is to do a repair so presss F8 to do repair and will ask you again presss R if you wants to do a repair so press R an then the repair will continun like if you are doing a clean installation with the only diference on repair just repair the windows and do not delete any files or programs that you did after the windows installation but be very carfull y you click on any time the option the one seds do clean installation or format the hard drive you will loose everyting and you'll have new operative system with just de normal programs so there is two ways to do it a repair or a clean one thats your choise

It is only secure sites that you have a problem accessing? Are you behind a firewall or a router? if so TCP port 443 is probably being blocked by something.

WPA on a hp ze4805us laptop
The ZE4805US contains the Broadcom or the LAN express wifi cards so dont expect a driver - the chip doesnt support the feature.

Heat Sink/Processor Fan
This doesn't neccesarily indicate a problem. Just to be sure, Check your systems temperatures in your notebooks BIOS.
Press F10 when the HP Invent logo shows up when you boot it.
Do not forget that a notebook generates a lot of heat. Since all internal components are literally packed. A notebook is fully filled with parts.
At what point does the fan return to normal? And at what point does it speed up?

Hard drive removal
Remove the hard drive
- Loosen the two Phillips-head screws that secure the hard drive cover to the bottom of the notebook.
- Use your finger or a flat-bladed tool to lift the inside edge of the hard drive cover and remove it.
- Loosen the spring-loaded Phillips-head screw that secures the hard drive.
- Hold the Mylar tab and pull the hard drive toward the outside edge of the base enclosure to disconnect the hard drive from the system board connector.
- Lift the hard drive out of the bay and remove.
- Place the hard drive in a static dissipative bag.
Replace the hard drive
- Remove the hard drive from the static dissipative bag.
- Place the hard drive into the hard drive bay.
- Push the hard drive toward the inside of the base enclosure until the connector is seated.
- Tighten the spring-loaded Phillips-head screw that secures the hard drive.
- Insert the hard drive cover into the enclosure.
- Tighten the two Phillips-head screws.
