Simplest answer here is to contact the original manufacturer. If it is an old oven most good repair shops can find or replace the timer knob. Costs will depend on where you buy it and if you pay to have the repair done.
I moved you to the right Category before our Computer Guru Larry saw it.
I have searched all the names and all of the models, and only the scam sites are saying they have it. They only want your credit card number! I am confident it is not online.

I did find a picture of it. Why do you need a manual, it looks simple?
Temperature of the cavity.
Where the heat comes from, and whether fan assisted.
Timer.
If it for recipes?

Or perhaps an Oster 3 dial Toaster Oven Manual will suffice?

The model number you gave does not have a manual that I can find. Most of the Bravetti toaster ovens have 3 digits in the model number. The only ones listed online with two digits in the model number are the TO21, TO23 and the TO36; several of these do not include Bravetti in the model name. There are manuals available for the TO230HL, https://www.manualslib.com/manual/20732/Bravetti-Platinum-Pro-To230h.html and the TO292H, https://www.manualslib.com/manual/49664/Euro-Pro-Bravetti-Platinum-Pro-To292h.html . Hopefully these models are similar to yours and can help you use your toaster oven.
I hope this helps.
