This morning my Miele CVA2660 showed message that capsule was stuck. Following directions in book, I removed the capsule (this had happened before and the procedure worked fine) but when I closed the door as directed, the message was still there, "remove capsule plate and switch off at the mains," so I carefully went through the procedure again, same results, again, same results. On the left side is the triangle with an exclamation point in it. Please help!!!!!!!!
