Sony SNC-RZ30P Webcam Support

No picture

When I am connecting with the camera, the page is opening with allthe controls ut there is no picture. I can ping the camera. Could you please solve the problem.

Camera works fine at ground level, powers up then shuts down at installation site.

I don't understand why it can't see the webcam....it works fine on all our ther XP Windows computers....Vista does not offer much help with what the problem is (I tried explorer and Firefox)
