Sharp Zaurus ZR-3500X Questions & Answers
My husband was in possession of a SHARP ZR-3500X
The easiest way to access this would be to replace the batteries, and gather the notes directly from the device. Syncing it to a PC is outdated and would require very old hardware. I'm sorry to hear about your loss, I hope this information helps.
I own a Zaurus 3500X
Hi,
You could buy it from :-
http://cgi.ebay.com/Sharp-Zaurus-ZR-3500X-PDA-Organizer-1M-backlight-fax-/270578665721?pt=PDA_s_Pocket_PC_s
Regarding data, you could synchronize the existing Zaurus with PC and transfer the data.Once you get the other machine, then transfer the data from PC to new Zaurus.
Good Luck!!
Thanks!!
How to do with Sharp ZR-3500
On the back of the unit, there is a battery selector switch. Move the selector to the 'replace batteries' position. Now you can open the main battery compartment. Adjacent to the main compartment is a smaller hatch secured by a small hex-head screw. Loosen and remove the screw to remove the hatch cover. Then you can remove and replace the old 2032 battery with a new one. Reverse the procedure to secure the hatch, ensure you have fresh batteries in the main battery compartment, replace the main hatch, select 'normal operation' and you should be good to go.
Manual
I have a zr 3500x with all the manuals, box etc - no power cord, did it come with one? is this product still viable? i never really used it, and just took it out of the box to see if it was worth keeping. please give me your opinion on it, and tell me what info you need from the manual.
How to exchange data between my W.XP 2003 SP3
Any of you have this software or any software for the Zaurus. Also I use with my 5700 a USB PCMCIA card reader for backup. But with my 3500x I have no way of backing it up sadly (do not have data cable or software). But i know there was years ago a site with software for the Zaurus (games etc).
I lost my old Sharp Zaurus ZR 3000 K-PDA data when
It was ages ago I used my ZR5800. Looks like the 3000.I only have the device and some old flash cards. Most of my data was coppied to the flashcards. I lost my manual, but I'm sure you could connect by infra red to a laptop. or another IR device. The flashcards worked in the old laptops, so if you have an old laptop, check if you can put the flashcards in and if you can connect via IR.
Sharp HT-SB140 Sound Bar Internal PSU died
The Sharp HT-SB140 Sound Bar's internal PSU provides a DC output voltage of 19 volts. So you would need an external power supply that can provide a regulated DC voltage of 19V with the same or higher current rating as the original power supply.
When replacing the internal power supply with an external one, it is essential to ensure that the polarity of the output connector matches the polarity of the soundbar's internal PSU. The PW390-070 EF25 MF 1945 part number indicates that the power supply has a center-positive barrel connector. Therefore, you need to make sure that the replacement external PSU also has a center-positive connector.
It is also essential to make sure that the external power supply you choose can provide the same or higher power rating as the original internal PSU to ensure proper operation of the soundbar.
My Sharp xe-a506 register will not power on. Checked the power source and nothing.
If your Sharp XE-A506 register will not power on, there are a few possible reasons why this may be happening. First, check the power cord and ensure that it is securely plugged into both the register and a working outlet. If the cord is damaged or not properly connected, it may be preventing the register from receiving power.
If the power cord is in good condition and properly connected, the problem may be with the register itself. Try unplugging the register, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes reset the register and allow it to power on.
If the register still does not power on, there may be a problem with the register's internal power supply. In this case, it is best to contact Sharp customer support for assistance. They should be able to provide you with further guidance and help you troubleshoot the issue.
