Hi you need a 4pin connector however the manual does not state what type of 4pin cable. It would depend on the type of connector on the actual device.

You can sync this device to your computer and that will let you do many things, but this device does not send email. You can sync it with your Microsoft Outlook and download contacts, schedules and your calander.

Basically you export is as a text file, and then you can import it into something like Excel in order to convert it to a different format.

Without the password, you cannot break through the phone. You need to unlock the phone password first, before you can retrieve or access your info.
