Try cutting power to the indoor and outdoor units for a couple of minutes. Restore power and see if the error returns. The A1 error for this line of units indicates high compressor discharge temperature, which translates to overheating outdoor unit.
If this error code remains after a hard power reset, it's time to pick up the phone. Either you have a refrigerant leak which has resulted in a loss of freon, or a blockage in the refrigerant plumbing that is backing up pressure in the system. Both conditions will require a major repair by an authorized service tech to get your heat pump up and running again.

Called Flash Codes. First try turning off everything at the breaker for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Turn back on and wait 15 minutes for self test to complete.

I have found that with my Fujitsu Halcyon, it needs to be disconnected from the mains at the breaker for 2 hours to properly reset. Use that time to clean the filters in the wall unit. The clicking you hear is self testing of relays.
I have the same unit. The drain line will be outside and is linked to the condensate drain on the outside refrigeration unit. It will be a black plastic or clear polythene tube a half inch in diameter. The bottom is probably blocked. A tech may be able to do it from the inside by blowing compressed Nitrogen gas down the drain. The case obviously has to come off which should be a quick job just 7 screws according to the video help.

The error code 2F00 indicates a problem with the indoor unit's microcomputer. It could be caused by a malfunction in the microcomputer or the communication error between the indoor and outdoor units.
I think that is Clean Filter error. Lift up the flap and slide it out. Wash it and put it back. The other thing I found with mine is that turning it off at the breaker for 2 hours, fixes most issues.
Turn off the remote, hold down the temp raise button until you see the F or C appear, hit the temp raise button again to select F or C, turn on the remote.
Hi,
there might be a filter that needs to be changed or the machine needs service. Please check the troubleshooting section of your product manual to determine the specific meaning of the blinking light and the auto-off that's occurring. If you don't have the manual, then please call Fujitsu and request a copy be emailed to you. If that fails, you might need to take your product into a place like Geeksquad/Bestbuy for servicing.
Thank you.

I have one of these units and it has had its fair share of troubles, but great when it is working. My latest issue is the the flap on the indoor unit doesn't open!
This generally works for me. Pull out the isolator outside on the wall or disconnect at the breaker. Leave for a couple of hours. Reconnect and wait 15 minutes. If you are connecting via the isolator you will hear relays clicking and solenoids rattling as the unit goes through a Self Test procedure, then try normal operation.
