Washer spin when in wash cycle
the problem is specifically the motor tacho which consists of a rotating magnet screwed to the motor shaft and a fixed coil around the magnet. the problem can be the magnet unscrewed or the coil fallen out.either way, they can usually be repaired by glue or packing.
Zanussi washing machine zwf14581w . err e40
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Zanussi's 'E40' states 'door open, interlock, wiring or main PCB'. Hopefully it is just a problem with either the door solenoid/lock or the 'door closed' sensor requiring a service engineer's attention.
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Zanussi fjr1454w door seal change.
with both clips,< locking rings > removed seal it is removable by just working it off the drum slowly,< there is overflow tube in front bottom side to disconnect also>. It is very important when installing new one that you put it in the same positiont as old one and lock rings go on same as well.
Scum on my clothes espically whites help
you need to do more washs on 90 but dont put bleach in its just sludge build up between the drums vey normal ffrom doing warm washs all the time i do 95 degree washs evey three months to keep machine clean.hope this helps.
Pause during cycle
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

Door locking
This could be a fualty door inter lock.. easily repalaced...
Noisy
usually a noisy machine means either the main bearings have gone or the motor has got damaged/worn in some way. to check the main bearings try lifting the drum with the hand from inside or rotate the drum with the hand to see if the rumble can be felt.
i cannot think what else would cause a loud humming though.
Zanussi Washer dryer ignoring all programs and just does a pulsing humming sound (Only works well on reset mode)
It seems like you've done a thorough job troubleshooting so far. The E69 error could be related to a heating issue. Since you've already replaced the heating element, it's worth checking the thermal fuse. The thermal fuse is a safety device that can sometimes cause E69 errors if it's faulty.
Given that you have access to a spare machine, you might consider swapping the thermal fuse from the spare machine to see if it resolves the E69 error on your primary machine. If the spare machine's thermal fuse is in good condition, it could be a step toward identifying and solving the issue without having to switch the drums.
Remember to disconnect the power source before attempting any replacements, and I hope this helps you get your tumble dryer back in working order.
