You're going to have to give us more information about what you are looking to do. If you are wanting to know how to add/remove your processor: If the heat-sink and fan are removed, there is a little clasp or lever you have to undo/push down and up to unlatch the processor. After that, you are going to VERY CAREFULLY remove the processor from the slot. If you need to add the processor, place the processor down on the CPU seating with the lever/clasp undone. Make sure you line up the arrow on the corner of the CPU to the arrow on the motherboard. Press the clasp/lever down and latch it into place.

I think you mean cd/dvd drive, not the "disk drive" which is the main storage device inside the computer and is only accessible by taking the computer apart. On my Asus, the button that opens the cd/dvd tray is on the tray, which is on the right side of the computer. If you can't find it or it doesn't work, you can open the tray by choosing "eject" on the file menu or "home" menu, or whatever shows the cd/dvd drive on your operating system (probably windows).
save your personal stuff on a portable hard drive and try factory reset the whole computer or try to run your laptop from a portable hard drive or maybe you can also use a v.good SD to do that as-well - easiest way to check your hardrive
