JK Exer Polar 5090 treadmill. I have Error Code E1.
Question edited for clarity and its proper name. E1 is a speed sensor error. Sometimes it just needs cleaning/

Hi I have just bought a Sole F85 (2016/2017) treadmill. I was advised it the F85 would work with my Polar H7 and H10 heart rate monitor as these synch with my iPhone and V800 Polar devices H7and H10 are both open source 5kz analogue signal however the F85 does not pick up the signal from the Polar HRM why is this as I was told F85 operates with and can receive a 5kz signal. Polar are leaders in heart rate monitors and all the gym equipment I have used for the past 15 years has been compatible with the Polar Product I am starting to use the Sola Fitnesss application but the F85 Treadmill I have just purchased does not appear in the list for connections there is a blank line which when selected sometimes connect to the F85 via Bluetooth. There appears to be a bug in the software. Also there is connectivity to other apps Fitbit, HealthKit, Mapmyfitness but there is no connectivity to Polar Polar are the leaders in heart rate technology and one of the largest producers of HRM products so when can the Sole Fitness application be developed to include an interface / connectivity with the Polar Flow and Polar Beat applications. Also can the Sole Fitness application be developed so is can use via Bluetooth a Polar heart rate monitor (chest strap)? If Sole Fitness can pick up HRM data from Polars H7 or H10 via Bluetooth then it could be an interface to the F85 Treadmill, is this possible as part of the Some Fitness application development. Also I have noticed that the pulse readout is totally inaccurate as my V800 says 130 bpm and the display on the F85 says 78 Any guidance would be much appreciated
