How do i print in all black ink
When you go to print, in Windows at least, there is a "properties" button next to the printer you have selected. Within the properties screen, there should be a selection for "black & white," "monochrome" or "black/grayscale." Select this instead of "color" and your printer should print in only black ink.

Dell Laser Printer M5200
There is a small flip lever that monitors the paper output. If this gets stuck it will give this message. This is on the left side where the paper exits the printer. You may also have a bad sensor but most of the time it just gets stuck.
