the drivers might have been corrupted by something foreign or you might have got a virus run your antivrus program if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it you might have to uninstall then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this right click to install driver also click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have made the correct adjustments there click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can make adjustments there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar hope this helps

If no sound is coming from the computer, start troubleshooting your problem. Make sure both your computer and speakers are plugged in, have power, and are turned on. If the speakers are plugged in but do not appear to have any power, plug them into a different outlet. If you are using a power strip and this is case, replace the power strip. Some speakers are self powered and use a USB cable to supply power. Make sure that the USB cable of your speakers is connected securely to the USB port of your computer.

Once you have verified that you have power to your speakers, test the sound again. If you still do not have any sound, make sure the cable connecting the speakers to the computer (known as a 1/8" TRS cable) is plugged into the green audio output jack on the PC.

If you are using outlet powered speakers and have a working set handy, replace the non-working speakers with the working pair to test. If you still have nothing, let's move on to software. If you use on-board sound, it will probably pay to purchase an inexpensive sound card rather than a new motherboard. Try this fix for reinstalling drivers. Click Start > Right-click "My Computer" > select "Properties" from the drop-down menu > Click the "Hardware" tab and then click the "Device Manager" button. Device Manager will open.

Look for either a red X or a yellow question mark listed under "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" If you have a red X, right click the device with the x and select "Enable" from the pop-up menu. Test your sound at this point. If you have a yellow question mark, right click the device, click "Properties" from the pop-up menu, and then click the "Driver" tab on the window that appears. Now, click the button "Roll Back Driver" to go back to the previous drivers that were functioning correctly. Restart your computer at the prompt.

As a last resort, you can uninstall and reinstall the device. Right click the device and select "Uninstall" from the pop-up menu. Restart your computer. Windows will automatically detect and install your audio device upon boot-up. If after doing all of the steps, listed here and you still cannot hear any sound from your computer speakers, contact a qualified computer technician.

Usually people would say Best Buy, but they don't sell everything. For all my computer needs, (moniters, hard drives, CD's, speakers, etc.) I always go to Comp USA, they usually have everything to do with computers. And i'm a normal shopper there.

If the display is working, you have audio. Check your amplifier. 1300Watt adaptor ... This unit draws a very low power and that is not needed.

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
2. Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable.
