You can try to disable or lessen the sececurity feature of the firewall and also you can try to optimized your browser, please follow these steps:
USING INTERNET EXPLORER:
1. On your IE click on tools.
2. Internet Options.
3. Under general TAB clcik on "DELETE"
4 Select all except for the "PASSWORD" then hit DELETE.
5. Then click on CONTENT TAB.
6. Hit "CLEAR SSL STATE".
OR
>Go directly to ADVANCED TAB (under internet option also) and hit "RESET".
Loox 600 to internet via wireless broadband router
Well, i've removed WEP encryption from the equation and it seems to be running perfectly now.
However, when i turn it back on, it all goes wrong again.
So, for now, i'm leaving it off, but i've got mac address filtering on to guard my security!
Hopefully this will only be a temporary solution, as i'll keep tinkering when i get time.
Loox 600 doesn't start
Hey,
Have you tryed performing a hardreset on the pda?
If a hardreset doesnt fix the problem. Then it is eather a hardware issue or your operateing system is corrupt.
You can reflash your operateing system with a com or a usb cable maybe even from a memory card. But frist you need to get your hands on a working copy of the os. It might be easyer to take the pda to a local repair shop for analysis and repairs.

if ADMIN is set , bios screens are locked out. on purpose
boot pass word blocks windows from booting. not entered correctly.
if TPM was set the PC is locked out, hard. by design.
TPM set and then cleared using ADMIN login, all data is lost. gone
by DESIGN TPM rules and laws there of.
we can;'t see what is set in your bios. so....
now level 4, HDD security page12 if set that too is locked out.
we can't see any of this in a text box.
if you bought it locked out send it back
if from a friend as a handme down, ask them for the PW.
or guess.
