A couple of things to check. The CPU could be getting too hot and causing the shutdown as the bios has fan and temp shutdown configurations or the power supply is going bad. If thease 2 things are not the problem you may want to check the power circiut that the unit is plugged into.

There are no XP drivers to be found with Microsoft as XP is no longer supported.
