Where before the disk made a little whirring sound, now it makes a lot of noise and if the pc is moved like turning it on its side the noise is more pronounced, and the pc will not open/start up>

my dvd drive is no longer reading discs, when you enter a disc it makes a noise like its about to run then nothing it seems to be able to tell weather its a cd or dvd but does nothing for ages then say please insert disk
