HI, I AM SANDIP FROM CENTRAL

As soon as anything appears on screen after power-on, press F1 (keep clicking it until the BIOS setup screen appears). The first option on the list is Date + Time, click on that, and enter correct date/time. Then press F10 to accept + reboot. If this error happens again, it means that the CMOS battery (which keeps your settings alive) has died; it is cheap + easy to replace, however you have an R40 model, and I avoid working on Rxx series so that job may be harder. I could point you to the R40 service manual, which is very good to dis-assemble that laptop (it is necessary to lift keyboard to get to CMOS battery, which involves removing some screws from the bottom.

I forgotten my bios passwork

A method you can try if you don't have a password reset software is by removing the CMOS battery. Remove the CMOS battery then turn the computer on. The system BIOS will be reset and password will be removed.

Find the battery on the motherboard - it looks like a small silver coin. Ease it out of its clip noting which way it goes and then insert the new on in its place. When replacing the new battery handle it carefully. Only handle it by its edges. Do not hold it between your fingers as the battery will discharge quite rapidly through your fingers. This could be what happened with the "new" battery.

Voice botton are not working

I think you got some pre-installed software with your notebook. Ofcourse, when you install a new OS, these will be removed.
You might have a manual from the laptop, that one might have the name of the software on it. Google for it.

Have you checked in the set-up/ cmos to make sure nothing was changed there?? At startup of the laptop it will tell you how to enter setup, once your there then you'll see something like default setup / high performance defaults. Choose a default , then save setting and exit. see if that will re-set everything. Hope this helps

Boot your laptop with the Windows installation DVD, and you can reset the password easily with this trick: http://www.forgotwindowspassword.com/reset-lost-windows-password-without-reset-disk/ The tutorial requires a bit complicated steps. If you're a computer novice, you'd better call a friend who is a computer geek and ask him to help you remove the password.
