The ink in the cartridges has most likely dried out and they will need to be replaced.

The lexmark drivers and software required for installing the printer is available at www.lexmark.com

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.

Often this problem is caused by problems in the registry that accrue over time. Installing and uninstalling programs leave behind fragments — stray files, orphaned startup tasks, corrupted drivers. Over time the registry starts to get bogged down and conflicts emerge. Left unchecked, your system will somehow become more unstable, nothing to do with your driver at this time, i suggest you download a free registry scanner on the web and run all throughout your programs and file to repair any registry errors and alike, then you can run the installation once again. this is the first step in securing your system first, then later on install the driver. dont forget to mark this solution pls. goodluck
