hi June, I assume you are using a Plantronics wireless headphone? ensure your phone is on and Bluetooth is switched on in your phone settings. hold the button on the headphone until the light starts flashing, if this does not happen ensure the headphone is charged. in Bluetooth options on your phone ensure your phone is set to "can be seen by other devices" and then use "scan devices" to find your headphone, if you see Plantronics in the list select it and press "pairing" this will then connect the headset to the phone. once paired, everytime your headset is on and Bluetooth is on, you need to just press the button on the headset and it will automatically connect to your phone.(as long as the headset name is not deleted from the Bluetooth list) If your phone does not show in the headset in the Bluetooth list, keep the phone scanning and press the button on the headset to start the light flashing this is now causing the headset to search for the phone. once the headset shows in the phone list do as above. Switch your amp on and leave it in the stand-by mode, you see tubes glowing.
Than you can pull another tube (same type) out of the amplifier and put it in those sockets. If they are also not glowing, there must be a wiring problem.
It very strange that there are two tubes not glowing.
Give it a try, you can do it yourself.

3. Go to the bottom and select Reset
4. select Reset All Settings (Warning! This will reset everything on the General page)
you can, try pairing your headset with a friends phone just to makesure it works at all. Also, it doesn’t matter if the WiFi is on or offwith the iPhone,they use two different frequencies.

There should be a jack on the CPU cabinet marked with a microphone symbol -- plug it in there.

I tried deleting the headset from the phone device list. Turned the phone off, removed the battery for a min or two and turn everything back on. I now try to pair the headset as if setting it up for the first time and everything is working again.

If the display is working, you have audio. Check your amplifier. 1300Watt adaptor ... This unit draws a very low power and that is not needed.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it.
