Every key stroke gives me double characters
Possibly your keyboard settings are too sensitive. Go to your Control Panel and click on Keyboard. There you can adjust your settings to decrease the sensitivity of the keys.

To the right of the "space-bar" on the keyboard, hold down the ALT GR ("alternate graphic") key, press the "slash" key, and release the ALT GR key.
Or, in "Regional Settings" within "Control Panel", change your "input method" to "US-English" keyboard, rather than some French or French-Canadian input method.

Keyboard misses often
Wireless could be batteries or channel problems. Try the channel button first.
Wired double-check connection, clean KB (or keys) as needed. Most keys
can be removed, but be sure not to break them or lose the springs!
for cleaning, check this link...

Hi, i am not continous user of omputer,& also
If your keyboard came with any software, go ahead and reinstall the software for the keyboard. If the keys still aren't responding and still need a lot of pressure for them to work, then the keyboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

Windows don't recognize device on my keyboard
If you have a special keyboard with extra features...internet key, DVD adjustments, etc...you will need to install the proper driver for the keyboard. Should have come on a CD with the keyboard.
Windows only understands normal keyboards with normal keys.

Where is the connect button on the keyboard.
Hi,
Turn the keyboard upside down and look for a small button that will say "connect" next to it.
Also press the connect button on the receiver.
To activate the keyboard just hit the space bar. If your still having problems check the batteries.
Regards.
