You cannot. To remedy this you have to replace the NVRAM. Then all the settings for the machine must be re-entered. Not a job for the unexperienced tech or novice. See this all the time and will never understand why people change it.

What did you repair? as the pcu is an assy and cannot be rebuilt

It is the termistror problem.....the service you had to do is to read my document on servicing & changing of ricoh 1027/1022 termistor which i had posted 3 years ago

it's either your drum or cleaning blade problem.You had to do PCU maintainance service ,if not be prepared thousands or hundreds bang by copier technician

Laser synchronization error .
there may be a problem with the laser diode unit, laser synchronization detector , connectors or a lot of dust in the laser unit.
