In the back of the machine on the nozzle assembly there is a toner end sensor. It is possible it just needs blowing off clean. Excess toner spillage in that spot prevents the sensor reading correctly. However, if that do not work, it may need new sensor.

laser code could be laser unit or board problem that lser unit plugs into.

Try checking on the two ends of the rod that supports the transfer belt,you will see the gears that rotate the belt and this gears are held into position by hooked washers it is most likely they are broken and are not hooking to the high tension spring that holds them in position,replace them and reset in the usual manner by going to the maintainance menu on the control panel of the copier.

When you go to your devices and printers , right click on the ricoh printer and click on printer properties , the go to the advanced tab on top and click on it , then bottom left there should be a option for printing defaults , click on it and select the double sided option there !

Most of the machines you need to press CLEAR ( Yellow Button ), then 107 and hold in stop key for a couple of seconds

if u can't print via usb print by using an ethernet cable and putting a static ip to the machine and install the correct driver
get the driver at
