second open your kyebord keypad
press and hold space bar at the same time press power switch it will be right of ur mobile
wait till the phone on and get blue screen live and wait for 5 to 10 min you will lose ur data but ur phone will be new

Just download and install Miscrosoft Sync latest version and install in you p.c and connet
the Phone with USB cable

The battery is not available in India now. The only dealer KMI BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES
MUMBAI have not accessories avalable with them.

Can you sell the phone. Please advise I will buy.

I had a similar problem and fortunately came across this tip on this link... http://mycusthelp.com/Voq/supportkbitem.asp?sSessionID=&Inc=148 Here's what you need to do : The steps to perform While the Voq Professional Phone turned off, remove the battery and then reinstall. Flip-open QWERTY thumbpad. Press and hold space key and simultaneously press and hold On/Off button until the Voq Professional Phone turns turns on completely (approximately 5 - 10 seconds). The space key and On/Off button may be released after a blue screen will appear stating Factory Reset Mode!!! Erasing flash... Percent Do not interrupt the Factory Reset until the Home screen appears. (approximately 3 minutes) Recommended tasks to perform after IPSM reset. Setting the time and date configuration Setting a GPRS connection and Internet connection using GPRS God! trust me these chaps saved the day for me, they're amazing.
