the 507 error refers to no operating system on your phone.
here is the solution.
open the desktop manager and go to application loader.
and reinstall all the software you have in your apps loader.
if you have never used blackberry desktop manager you can go to blackberry.com
and download it for free. then install the software.
you may need to install the usb drivers also get those there also.
then download the latest version firmware for your phone which you will find on the site also.
depending on your provider and what phone you have.
once you have all that and it's installed, plug your phone in with a usb cord to your computer and reinstall the software through the desktop manager and app loader.

same thing to me but not off ebay when i first bought my 7100t all it would do was show an hourglass but i never used it for a month then i charged it then it worked fine

Thats unfortunate but in the world of electronics from ebay it's not unusual. It sounds like a dud battery or a power connection problem.

My suggestion would be to contact the seller and get them to replace the item or refund you.
If the seller is not helpful and you paid via paypal, then you have upto 60 days to make a claim as 'item not as dscribed' to get your money back or a replacement.

my blackberry 7100t was dropped and now the problem is its screen keeps on fading off and colours keep on changing again and again..the screen comes nack to normal if the screen backlight is switched off for around 5 min..it will work normally for sometime may be for ten fifteen min and the problem starts again..suggest some solution for this..and also if u could advice me from where i could get a new battery for the same phone..
