Swap wires and sources until you figure out if the problem is with the projector or not. If you are using a computer, make sure that it is on the right settings. Hi, please check the serial number of the fans that are supposed to be the same. They might be different in some way because otherwise, the error should not have occurred. If the products have the same serial number or similar type of id, then I would take the projector to geeksquad/bestbuy to double check that the new fan was installed properly. Thank you.
