I know how to fix that there should be a file named crack in the .iso . just use 7zip to open the iso file that is on your Hard Disk,extracct the folder named crack, then locate the game files you have instaled. once located copy the contents of the folder you have recently extracted (crack) into the game files and overwrite any files of the same name as the extracted (including Game.exe). There can be a host of problems with why you have lost sound ( could even be your tv via external audio ).I'd definately contact Sony and explain ; they're very good.
