Hi, are you using a bluetooth device with your phone to make the call?
Have you also checked while you are in a call the volume?
You can also check the troubleshooter that is available in Motorola Website:
MOTOROLA ELECTRIFY Silent mode Volume Vibrate
You can also find some helpful information here: MOTOROLA ELECTRIFY Make and answer calls
If you continue having issues you should check if your phone is having some physical issues, this might be affecting the quality of your calls.
Best Regards!
