Enterasys APC Smart-UPS 2200 XL (SU2200XLI) UPS System Questions & Answers
UPS is not getting proper
UPS batteries are only good for 2-5 years depending on their usage. I have all of my clients replace batteries every 4-years no matter what. I recommend that you write down the serial number of your UPS and call APC. They have some of the best phone support around. You can explain your problem in detail to them and they can guide you to the best resolution. ((800) 555-2725 /

BTW: Enterasys is just a rebranding of an APC product so they won't be as much help as APC can.
Good luck! Please vote for my solution if it helps.
The Battery symbol w/ the X thru it had the red
you have to press the on button for about 6 seconds to self test the UPS, after the self test the battery replace indicator will goes off, but then much better if you know how to do the APC UPS calibration, from there you can adjust all UPS constant settings.

I have a crane 181 with a nayax reader. It's only flagging 11 MDB codes. Any answer as to why? Firmware has been up
Without more information, it's challenging to determine the exact reason why your crane 181 with a Nayax reader is only flagging 11 MDB codes. However, here are a few potential reasons why you may be experiencing this issue:
- Compatibility: Not all vending machines and readers are compatible with each other. Make sure that your Nayax reader is compatible with the Crane 181 vending machine.
- Reader configuration: Check the configuration settings of your Nayax reader to ensure that it is set up correctly for the Crane 181 vending machine.
- Communication issues: Check the communication between the Nayax reader and the vending machine. If the communication is interrupted, it may not flag all the MDB codes.
- Faulty Reader: Your Nayax reader may be faulty or damaged. In this case, you may need to replace the reader or have it repaired.
- Firmware: Even if your firmware has been updated, there may still be compatibility issues between the Nayax reader and the Crane 181 vending machine. Double-check the compatibility of your firmware with both devices.
It's best to contact the manufacturer of your Crane 181 vending machine and Nayax reader to get specific support for your issue.
