Go to gmail
Type in your user ID
Then toward the bottom of the page
Look for CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT
And follow the prompts

i suppose the Handsfree mode is turned ON unknowingly. if your phone is Samsung - Drag down the notification bar and see for Handsfree mode. turn it OFF.

else the Developer settings under accessibility options are turned ON

you have to have a email app on the phone or tablet and add a account to it

Most email programs have the option to pick: "Forgot password" or "Forgot username" and then go from there. If you don't remember any of the info they ask for...you'll need to create a new account. If you know all your information is correct, it might just be a temporary problem with the program. I've had that happen to me...i just wait it out and voila. Good luck!
