Memeory does not show up
sure.
step one...same or different maker(not that important, but nice to know)
step two..speed of the memory(usually in nanoseconds) these need to be within 25% of each other, max. Same is the best
step three..i don't see the processor compatibility speed on the second set you installed. First one is 266MHz..what's the second set rated at?
I know it fits mechanically, but that's only the basics with memory swapping.

Cannot load fresh windows xp professional
I will agree, that uncertified OS often come back with refusals to install certain files as those files weren't copied correctly.
It's also possible that your OS disc is old and very scratched, which could cause information transfer issues. I suggest either using, or getting a DiscDr. if at all possible. They really do work, and it might save you from having to purchase another OS.

Toshiba Satellite A15-S127
Some models make it easy, and some don't.
Look for a small removable cover on the bottom of the unit. The BIOS battery is under it.
If it doesn't have the cover, you'll have to tear it down and find the battery.
Once you do, take it out for a few hours. There may also be a jumper to reset the BIOS to factory defaults - just like on a desktop motherboard.
It varies on model.

My A15-S127 Laptop not turn on
More information is needed to explain these symptoms.
Have you dropped it? Is the power cable bent? Do you smell an odd smell near the fan unit on the laptop? Does it show power being received to the laptop? Can you hear a fan unit or any component startup when you turn it on?
I would go through checking my power cable. From there, I would try turning it on and seeing if any of the LEDs light up and if I could hear any devices startup. If so, then I would be looking for a bad connection on my board, or possibly a cracked board.
Best of luck.

LINES ON SCREEN
Laptops have issues all the time with the monitor and the reason is simple. there is a ribbon that connects your monitor to the motherboard and over time from opening and closing the connection gets weak.
From the picture it seems almost like a software glitch. Does this happen on just the desktop or does it happen on everything you open?
If its just on the background I would reinstall your video card drivers.
If its on everything I would still try to reinstall your video card drivers, if not good take it to get service.
---IF YOU HAVE A MONITOR LAYING AROUND--
You have a blue VGA port on the back of your laptop. hook the free monitor up to it and switch your display to that screen. If the problem is following the monitor then you know its either driver issue or your onboard video card is messed up.

Japanese Visa Application with COE denied. Why?
How to Get Employment Security With Correct Japan Work Visa Japan is no different from other developing nations whereby grass seems greener on its side of the pasture. It attracts its fair share of foreign businesses as well as nationals seeking to work within its lands. Albeit many adhere to immigration procedures, some choose to test their limits on the basis of ignorance or defiance. By understanding the different types of work visa in Japan, it assures its foreign workers a continual stream of income with no threat of arrest and deportation. Visa simply infers the status of residence. Citizens obviously have no need of it as they automatically satisfy qualifications to freely reside in their country of birth. As for those of alien status who wish to join the local workforce, there should be a category to match one's requirement. Since most countries strive to improve the overall quality of life, professionals are generally welcomed to contribute knowledge and skill. Unskilled labor is normally not granted a visa to avoid flooding and dilution of the workforce. The visa is awarded in accordance to one's area of expertise. Supported with proof of relevant experience, it is based on the field of involvement whilst working in the country. In the event one's work scope changes from one expertise to another, it is essential to apply for a visa under the new circumstances. Different types of work visa in Japan also apply to foreign companies seeking to conduct local business. Domestic companies based abroad wishing to set up a local point of presence need to provide supporting documents to justify internal transfer of foreign workers. Governmental staff for diplomatic duties is assigned a category for legal residence. Over and above the general groupings, designated activities also garner approval from the authorities. Domestic service for non-native residents and citizens of certain nations on working holidays fall into this category of working visa. This, by no means, is the end of the list as it is best to consult the authorities on which visa serves best.Click Here For More Details: http://japanjobandvisaservice.com/blog/change-your-luck-when-apply-work-visa

How can a fix error code oxcoooooof
Just restore your system from a backup taken before the error code started.
If you have no backup then you need to format your hard disk and do a complete reinstall of all your software.
